Financial Systems Analyst This position must uniquely combine the skills of a strong financial analyst with the qualities of an individual conversant and comfortable with complex financial/information technology systems supporting an $8billion dollar private equity business. This position reports dually to the CFO (FTW) and Director of Business Operations (CT) and as such must be equally familiar with accounting and technology concepts to be successful. This position will demand the effective communication and interface with all levels of Accounting, Information Technology, Operations and Business Investment Professional teams and will be expected to plan, execute and effectively manage all aspects of out enterprise wide operating system while also contributing to the financial and accounting duties described in greater detail below. Responsibilities Manage and maintain all aspects of the Financial Database including: Administers, maintains, develops and implements policies and procedures for ensuring the security and integrity of the company database built on enterprise platform. Manages and maintains all aspects of the Extranet and Data Room Provides training (on an as needed basis) to internal users of the financial application Interface with vendors to resolve any/all application or functional questions Manages, maintains and keeps updated the user manual and all documentation associated with the financial application. Financial Accounting Responsibilities: Supports the CFO, Controller and their teams by developing integrated revenue/expense analyses, projections, reports and presentations. Identifies trends and developments in competitive environments and presents findings to senior leadership Creates and analyzes monthly, quarterly and annual reports and ensures financial information has been recorded accurately. Performs financial forecasting and reconciliation of internal accounts Required Experience/Skills B.S. in Accounting of Finance MBA or Graduate Degree in Information Systems 5-7 years in a similar position supporting large, complex financial systems and applications Strong communications skills, both verbal and written Ability to seamlessly interface with Accounting/Finance, Technology and Business Investment Professionals Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work with and on cross-functional teams Unable to sponsor at this time.
