Job Description:

Position Purpose: The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience implementing software with external clients, traveling 3 to 4 days per week and working independently. This role is responsible to identify problems, mediate issues, develop solutions and deliver a course of action while implementing software to our clients.
Minimum Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience implementing and/or supporting software with external clients
- BA/BS or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems and applications
- Ability to travel overnight 3 to 4 days per week
- Ability to work independently
- Strong ability to translate business issues into systems and operational solutions
- Time management skills to handle multiple task assignments and prioritize work appropriately
- Strong leadership and prioritization skills; ability to build consensus and drive decision making; proven ability to work cross-functionally to accomplish objectives
- Demonstratable ability to learn quickly, and to remain current with rapidly developing software in an ever-changing industry
- Strong follow-through, with a willingness to take on whatever tasks are needed to complete the job. Ability to own and manage projects from end to end.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills demonstrating the ability to work with customers inside or outside of the company
Preferences:
- Knowledge of the transportation/logistics industry a huge plus
- Project Management Experience
Travel Required: 60 - 75%
